Three years ago someone recommended a CGHD IV MK4 to me and offered to sell me one for $175. I balked at the price and put off buying one for 2 years. In the meantime, I purchased a $15 Conair iron which did absolutely nothing.

I have very thick hair, naturally curly and this has been the only GHD IV MK4 to actually keep my hair straight through the day. The flat iron heats up in less than 5 seconds as well.

After reading review after review about how good this was I had to try it. But $150 GHD IV MK4 Straightener? ehh..I was a bit iffy on that, but my salon had it for $120 so I decided to give it a try.
