the great chi hair straightener This is a great chi hair straightener! I had my first one about 10 years ago - a big wide Revlon one that actually worked really well, but then it finally gave out on me last year. I bought the newer version of that and was absolutely disappointed. It seemed like I really had to clamp down on my hair and hold it there forever for it to do anything, and still had some gross kinks in the back of my head. My hair is thick and naturally wavy, but not curly really.it just needs some smoothing out and shining. I was always happy with my hair when my stylist used the CHI limited edition after a haircut, but couldn't afford the salon price. Overstock delivers again! Just what I wanted and much cheaper!
