Shipping Policy
All the orders are shipped by international express,door to door shipping! Normally delivery time is 7-9 business days!
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. (excluding shipping time).
If an item is out of stock,no longer available or will be delayed beyond 2-3 weeks, we will alert you via e-mail or by phone.
You will receive an email with your shipping tracking number after we finished shipping. With this tracking number you can track the status of the package.
Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact phone number.We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address. Delivery is guaranteed.
Return policy:
Your satisfaction is the goal we are after. If you find the spec or the color is mistaken, please contact us as soon as possible. We will treat it timely!
All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not used or altered, with all tags attached.
We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
